My daughter was thrilled to be offered an inaugural spot on Team Atlantic with Allison Vittorioso this past season.  I was nervous about how it would work with her own competitive dance team and her MANY other extra-curricular activities, but Allison's warm and welcoming attitude and determination to make this work for everyone had me sold.  From the first communication, Allison was so positive, upbeat, and flexible.  She worked tirelessly to make Team Atlantic come to life and balanced everyone's schedules seamlessly.  From a choreography standpoint, her vision is truly next level.  My daughter is on an elite team who regularly wins many awards and honors at competitions - some of her teammates and their parents came to watch her Team Atlantic performance and every single one of them was absolutely blown away.  Allison was able to take the strengths and individuality of each dancer and make them shine together as a group.  Team Atlantic has been such an amazing gift for my daughter where she has stepped out of her comfort zone working with a new dance team and a new choreographer and in turn has gained lifelong friends and lasting memories.  We are Team Atlantic for life!
