TCDC is hosting our first ever summer Movement project
We are so excited to host our newest summer intensive, Summer Movement Project, in 2026 in Massachusetts. Intensive will consist of three days worth of classes with master teachers and choreographers. With teacher classes, scholarships, and a final showcase this is a can't miss event for dancers all over.

Teachers

Nicole Messina has taught tap for more than 25 years. Her professional career as a dancer got started after she competed in the 1999 Miss America pageant. She was a top 10 finalist and preliminary talent winner for her tap dancing. After that, she traveled as a professional dancer/actress for the next couple of years. She performed at the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC, the Marquis Theater on Broadway and the Harris and Showboat Casinos in Atlantic City. Nicole traveled in a national tour called Absolut Tap, which was choreographed by Aaron Tolson. She appeared in commercials, TV and film, and as a guest host on QVC until she eventually decided to focus on choreography and teaching. Most recently, Nicole has started a youth tap ensemble, Tap Impact, which brings tap dance into the local communities in a positive way to help, inspire and honor the history of tap dance through both tap dance and spoken word. Nicole has taught at many conventions and tap festivals including Utah Tap Fest, Toronto Dance Expo and So Flo Tap Fest to name a few. Nicole has won numerous choreography awards at the state and national competition level. She is a 10-time Industry Dance Awards “Best of Tap Choreography” nominee. She enjoys sharing tutorials and choreography clips on her Tiktok, Instagram and YouTube accounts (@nicoletapz). Nicole is the mom to 3 talented children who have state, regional, national and world titles in martial arts and gymnastics. She is guest faculty at Broadway Dance Center in New York and Powerhouse Dance in New Jersey.

Meghan Faddis

Meghan, a St. Louis native, is a New York based professional dancer, actor, and educator. She has over 25 years of dance training, 14 of which she received from St. Louis Academy of Dance. While in St. Louis, Meghan began her professional musical theatre career and performed in over 25 mainstage shows at the Muny and was a part of the Muny Teen Touring Troupe throughout her teenage years. She then attended Indiana University and holds a BFA in Musical Theatre and a minor in Contemporary Dance. Upon graduating, she performed at various regional theatre houses, most notably; West Side Story (Jet Girl), The Music Man (Ensemble), and Gypsy (Ensemble) at The Muny, Beauty and The Beast (Ensemble), On the Town (Ft. Dancer), 9 to 5 (Ensemble), and Damn Yankees (Ft. Female Dancer) at Sacramento Music Circus, and Grease (Ensemble/Dance Captain) at Kansas City Starlight. Most recently, she concluded a 4.5 year run as an ensemble swing with Hamilton. She joined the Chicago company of Hamilton in 2019 and later joined the First National Touring Company. Meghan has also traveled and performed as a dancer for Broadway’s MJ the Musical’s promotional team.
While she is not on stage, Meghan teaches musical theatre, contemporary, jazz, and improv master classes all over the country and sits on the convention faculty at Ultimate Dance Tour. She also is currently going on her fifth year as a qualified dance competition adjudicator and sits on the judging panel for Ultimate Dance Tour, Ultra, Refresh, StarQuest, Expressions, and Rave.
Meghan has also created a revolutionary training course geared towards new, incoming judges to elevate the standard of feedback provided at dance competitions. She has built an in depth curriculum designed to equip each participant with every tool imaginable to feel comfortable giving impactful, supportive feedback while judging. Through interactive quizzes, short form answers, and even real time judging simulations, the course explores, in detail, the why and the how to confidently provide professional feedback in any category, age group, and style they may encounter while behind the table. Flora Dickens began her dance career in Massachusetts where she trained in ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary, modern, hip hop, lyrical, pointe, and acrobatics. She can be found on Season 17 of So You Think You Can Dance as Top 12 Girls, and Top 24 overall. During her years of competing, Flora was mentored and trained one on one with Alex Wong in ballet and contemporary. Flora had the privilege of training at Bolshoi Ballet Intensive after receiving a scholarship from YAGP’s Larissa Saveliev after placing 1st in contemporary and 2nd in classical. Flora has had the privilege of working with world renowned dance photographers such as Jordan Matter and Shark Cookie. Flora is currently touring with Sheer Elite International Dance Competition and Take Centerstage Dance Challenge as a convention teacher. Flora teaches and choreographs at numerous studios, competitions and conventions. She has received many top score and choreography awards for her work. Many being the highest scoring routines of an entire competition in the styles of contemporary, lyrical, jazz, and musical theater. In December of 2022, Flora was chosen to perform as a “Pearlie” in the North Shore Music Theater’s “A Christmas Carol” production. Flora also has been in modeling and film since the age of 9 years old, with Dynasty Models Inc.
Flora Dickens

Emilie Bezler is a Professional Dancer in Los Angeles, CA. She is originally from a small town in Illinois, where she trained in styles such as Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Funk, Lyrical, Contemporary, Modern, Pom, Acro, and Partnering. Emilie auditioned and joined the Edge Performing Arts Center Scholarship Program, where she trained for a year in the commercial dance industry and was introduced to her new and current agency, McDonald Selznick Associates. After signing with MSA, Emilie was booked to rehearse with Step One Dance Company in NYC and perform on Holland America Cruise Line. She has danced for artists such as Toni Braxton on NBC, J Balvin at the Grammys, J Balvin and Will.I.Am at the Formula 1 Opening Ceremony in Las Vegas, Lil Dicky on his DAVE show on Hulu, Keke Palmer for her Honey 2003 Remake, Trisha Paytas for her Close Every Door Music Video, and more. Emilie is featured in movies and TV shows such as Netflix’s He’s All That, Disney’s Cheaper by the Dozen 3, Nickelodeon’s Drama Club, and more. She has performed at live events such as Disney’s D23 Expo for High School Musical: The Musical: The Series and Under Wraps 2, The Super Bowl Gala Games, and more. Emilie loves sharing her knowledge with every dancer she encounters!
